Only looking at the 15mm / 20mm drop and i know the springs were supposedly designed around these shocks.

BUT: Recipe for accelerated lower ball joint, track-rod end, drop-link etc wear ?

Nah not at 20mm, you'll be fine. It's only when you start 'slamming' it that you see those problems, and driveshafts.
