I had a Honda aerial on my 197 and the reception was IMO better than the standard one. But I'm not sure if it clears the cup spoiler or not. People have said that the MPS aerial is a better fit than the Honda one and the one on my MPS is nice and small. So might be perfect.

I just searched for Renault small areil or something similar. Reception is guf though.

I usedto use a Toyota one similar to the Honda ones but narrower so didn't have that horrible lip

i have the honda one on mine, its rubber so it bends when the spoiler touches it. Reception isnt brilliant but thats my fault for making a hash of the radio-in lead. Pinched mine off a trade car at work.

I had an s2000 one, didnt like it so its rolling around in the boot

ok ordered a small on it came and cant get radio signal . P'd off !!1

so what is the best ariel i can use with good signal but will be cup spoiler safe ! ?

mazda , honda ones etc should be ok one that fits the base correct

Whatever you do dont get a shark fin, I got one and they are useless. What you really want is one of these.....
