Cracked rear bumper :/

Hi all,

I had the misfortune of having somebody hit my car whilst I was parked and off shopping. No note or anything on my return to my car, only a dent and crack on the rear bumper and slight stress mark on the diffuser :/

I'm currently trying to weigh up what would be a cheaper/easier option, either have the bumper repaired and resprayed, or try and source a replacement bumper (maybe even consider getting this sprayed if not the same colour).

Any ideas would be helpful

I've had this exact thing happen to me.
I had cracks appear in it by the boot lid and a numberplate indent. Majorly annoyed.
I had it priced up to be repaired and resprayed and was quoted £170.

Ask around at a few bodyshops.

Sorry to hear that, there are some right tw@ts about... A repair will prob be your cheapest option, not sure how much a bumper would be from Renault but that would need painting. A diffuser is around 900 brand new so as said above you wanna ring round a few body shops and get at least 3 quotes.

Just a thought is there any cctv around where you was parked?
