clunk noises

hi..
according to the video-
all this noises happen only when the steering wheel is located mid way/down -when its at top position its normal and no noise at all .

i suspect its the column ,which require to be replaced or atleast be greased.
or a loosen nut/bolt maybe

I have a clunking noise from my steering where stationary and at low speeds. I had the bottom column replaced but made no diff. When you say hugging could tell me where abouts and what it looks like so I can try and address mine.

it was around the metal butterfly(on the column)
it was some eletric box (alarm's) that was near it with a clip and it just cut and then it sat on the column and that caused the issue.
