Clunk/Knock/Rattle issues with accelerator when cold

Hi all,

My 197 has a clunk/rattle/knock when the engine is cold and I very lightly (and only at idle) press the accelerator, while stopped.
When the engine is hot, it doesn't happen.

So far, the following was checked:

• Upper engine mount (tried to rock the engine back and forth, and it seemed solid)
• Lower engine mount (also seemed solid)
• Exhaust doesn’t seem to be hitting subframe (I can’t see any marks, at least)

If anyone has any ideas as to what could be causing this, I'm all ears.
