Haha that is madness! And only fined £100? Don't get me wrong I've been sat in the back of my uncle's 4x4 with 4 of my cousins an having the seats down with the parcel shelf out to make it a bit roomy, but 19 in a Clio!!! Ridiculous!
 
I thought I was made when I got a double frame and mattress in the back of my mk 2 on a trip back from Ikea, but that's some seriously mad load lugging! Lol!
