Clio 172

Guys
My mate is lookin to buy a 172 with a view of making it a full time track car.
Any issues he needs to look out for on these?
Apart from wear n tear stuff etc?

I was on track in an 02 plate 172 last week, really impressive little car, aside from the AWFUL Nankangs on it. With better tyres, ideally R888's, it would probably have been as good as my 197.

Snap! Am looking for a 172 or 182 budget depending on how much the A4 sells for..... Hoping it will fetch £3000 being a 04 plate but will wait and see, Been looking around and a lot of choice out there but trying to resist temptation until after FCS

If you're getting the car for the track - get the CUP!

It's proper hardcore for tracking and is super light.
