Can I get my centre box put back on?

It can be put back on yes, providing the garage that removed it cut it properly/nicely.

What sort of warranty work did you get done? I'm a bit worried if I get mine done and my manifold splits they'll be like "it's split because you've fiddled with the exhaust". Any old excuse!

I know what you mean mate, it was a new steering rack, I know this has nothing to do with the exhaust but they asked no questions about modifications at all
