Can anyone help with changing the springs

Just brought some H&R springs, has anyone done this and done a guide for it? or is anyone near the basingstoke to do it for me?

Will be really helpful to get any info tbh! There arent any places near me that i know of where i can get it done without being ripped off! ktec even wants £288! Insane!

when someone leaves and they delete the photo bucket pics they disapear of here and there is nothing we can do SORRY

It cost me £100 to get mine fitted at a garage & took about 3 hrs.

The front's can be a bit of a pig, so I've been told.

Theres a guide by ken182 for the rear springs. It's the fronts that you could really do with a guide for though
