Cambelt change

Hi guys, my car is just about to hit 30000 miles, it's 5 years old and needs a service and cambelt, renaults quoted 650 for cambelt and 280 for service which is just ridiculous.

K-tec are doing it for 400 cambelt and 109 service.

Do you believe this to be a good price as I think it is, Renault can go hang off a tree

Some do advise changing the water pump and that's another £60 odd

my cars about to hit 50,000miles. I bought mine on 45k. Its 5 years old. Would mine of already had the belt changed or will it need the belt doing on the next service??

When did you buy it???
If it's just 5 yrs old I doubt it so it will need changing
