Having had a few quotes for the above, I an amazed at the total apathy of the Renault dealers. Don't phone between 1pm and 2pm because there is no one to take your call. Having told them that I do not want a new air filter or spark plugs their response was "it's included in the service in the 36000 service". They just want to rip you off. Then of course you have the unknown - which muppet will do the work without taking the paint off the car.
Unfortunately I live down south so a drive to K-Tec is out of the question, mores the pity.
