Bringing my baby in for warranty fixes

Air-con stopped pumping out delicious cold air. (much needed this summer!)
And a strange exhaust rattle between 3k-4k rpm when accelerating.

These are both warranty items i'm convinced. Am i wrong?

Anyone got any tips for dealing with renault servicing?

The exhaust will be the heatshield, had mine in for this, just phone up and explain the problems and they should book it in for you

mines has that rattle too. very annoying. do you have a 197 or 200?

going by warranty work on my last Clio they generally aren't that bad.
