Those photos seem to show that it isn't quite as bad for tourists as it previous was. I remember seeing it on a TV show. They said that normal tourist would have to surrender their mobile phones, cameras and passports at the airport to collect on their return journey. They had to have a minder at all times and the minder would only take them to the places that the government wanted tourists to see.
