just a quick update on 'wheel-gate'
the regional manager phoned me after i wrote a letter and sent a quote from an independent wheel specialist to have refurb done
now they are sending a mobile wheel refurb van man out to try and fix it. i cant see him being able to repair it but decided to let him look at it so they have tried their usual procedure before i go further.
if the cant repair the wheel they have agreed to come to a deal with me if i take them to get a proper refurb elsewhere.
i have also said that the agro of having my car on stands for 3 days while the wheels are repaired is a pain in the ass and i want compensated accordingly.
