Best roads in Gloucestershire

Hey everyone! Just about to swap my 18 month old White Clio TCE for a 4 year old 197 in the metallic blue (can't remember what it's called). Picking the car up on Friday!! (18/3/11).

So my question is... where would you go for a blast in Gloucestershire?
Best roads to get used to the beast!

You have to narrow down which part of gloucestershire you are in. I like white single tracks near to wales as they are nice and twisty with quite a few air moments.

Fair point, I'm in Cheltenham but I'd hapily drive anywhere in Gloucestershire!

Yeah, some of the roads between Chepstow and Monmouth are quite good as I remember. Haven't been down that way for a while... Certainly not in a 197!

Welcome to the site. Your car will be Albi blue if it a metalic 197. As for Gloucester, there are some good roads around Ledbury I think it is. I don't live there, but drove through in the van once!
