Aw man, this car keeps giving me issues....suppose it was cheap for a reason.
The o/s/r/ wheel sits further into the arch than the n/s one. The top of the o/s/r wheel sits a good bit further in castor wise. I noticed this when buying the car, however put it down to a possible broken spring. I had a closer look today and the springs are fine (I renewed them) so I am suspecting a bent rear axle. Are all the rear axles on mk3 clios the same or model specific?
There seems to be mounting brackets on either side of the beam, is it more common for these to bend or the steel angle section of the axle.
I have just had the wheels powder coated and for new put on so no point in trying to align it with such a camber difference.
