ball joints!!

I've just had the car at my local garage because I heard knocking from the front and not the best of handling to which I've been told its both my bottom ball joints. he phoned dingbro etc but without success so on to Renault at about 200 quid a side!!!! I have read up about this problem but still to find out if there is anywhere else other than Renault its self sells them.
Any help is greatly appreciated cheers

cheers for the help guys but got sorted with just the ball joints

£40 for the lower each
£49 for the upper each

all from renaultsport Wimbledon
