ast top mounts

Excuse my ignorance.
What would fitting ast top mounts on a 200 cup allow to be done with the std cup suspension?

I assume it'd make castor and camber adjustable?

It states castor adjusters but when i had a set in my possession it only seemed the camber could be adjustable.

Regardless, either settings would not benefit from modifying on a road setup.
