Hi all, been a member for a couple of years having previously owned a FF RB 200 for a few months, sold that car on a whim and have missed it since, fast forward to December 2022 and I saw a totally standard 1 owner full history white 200 cup on facebook for sale. Car was cheap as needed a box rebuild due to a notch into 4th gear, perfect I thought as atleast I could get it done and know iv got a decent box and as The price reflected if it was win win.
I brought the car sight unseen and had it delivered and the car was mostly as described so happy days! Since owning it iv serviced it, replaced radiator support and changed the worn tyres to a set of PS4’s.
next up is box rebuild and change the manifold as my flexis are worn and iv sourced a cheap oem manifold and replaced the flexis In spare time at work.
car is mostly for smoking around in day to day as a bit of a fun 2nd car clios appeal as they are pretty good out of the box! iv
got a trackday booked at snetterton in may so will see how it gets on, probably end up getting the track day bug (again) and start making “improvement’s” but with a baby on the way I need to be sensible about my spending!
