Well here we go, I may as well start a nice project thread for the 200!
Get ready to endure some spam of pictures as i've done a few little tweaks since i've had it!
So I picked her up not too long back (16th Sept to be exact), well looked after and garaged which is always a great start! Only 39k miles and pretty much immaculate throughout so it was the obvious decision to buy!
The day after I got all the belts, pump and dephaser ordered as the belts hadn't been changed since new (nearly 10 years
) and treated myself to the obvious cup spoiler and some h&r springs!
Also on the same day I picked up the car I treated myself to a nice little private plate to go on which looks quite smart!
Obviously, a rear seat delete was a must and you can't beat a cheap weight reduction mod! It's now tidied up with a nice custom boot mat with the renault sport logo to match the original mats!
After getting the spoiler on it was time to give it a quick little polish outside to get it looking nice again, but I still do need to get some time and good weather to give it a full detail and get it fully swirl free and looking like new again!
I then spent a little more time cleaning up the interior giving it a full interior valet and some good wet vac loving, it came up like new but there was definitely 5+ years worth of grime there!
and finally, for this long introduction to the start of the project, I managed to finally pick up some speedlines, I knew I couldn't look at the cup wheels for much longer! They just need a little refurb which I'm sure will come next year as there's not much point now. But I can't decide on white or black
as always, i'm tinkering with stuff as we speak which I can't wait to get back on but i'll save that for the next update
