Had my Clio 200 for a couple of years now and had the gearbox oil replaced shortly after ownership as I wanted to track it but unfortunately I became very unwell with my crohns.
I think it's getting to that time to have the clutch replaced so was going to be fresh oil back in the gearbox. It currently has Millers Oils CRX 75w-90 NT Competition full synthetic transmission oil and was wondering if I'm not going to be tracking it until I get better shall I just put regular Millers Oils EE 75w90 NANODRIVE High Performance Synthetic back in. Sorry for the long names habit of copy and paste. I take it There is no harm running the stuff I'm running currently as an everyday is there?
