A knock/clunk through the pedal

As the title says, I've been getting a knock/clunk through the pedals/under the drivers side floor when from stand still pulling away in first (only does it on first) it doesn't do it every time but it's been doing it alot more this past month. I have no idea where to start looking, but it's definently coming from the front drivers side of the car. Anybody else had this issue before?

Also, sorry if this has been posted I'm the wrong section.

I would get it up on the ramp and check your subframe bolts they have a habit of becoming loose and causing a clunk as the subframe shifts.

It's going in on Tuesday to 519automotive to get my new gearbox and clutch fitted so il mention to him check them cheers
