A Few Mods Today at Jamsport

Just thought I would drop a few lines on my mods today at Jamsport.

Inlets matched: Cat Back Exhaust fitted :ITG panel filter: Remap Super chips.
Rolling road read out 198 BHP @ 7291 Rpm.

Well happy. Car is hungry to accelerate and the exhaust note is so sweet.
I will post some photos when I get time.

O and maybe a supercharger next!:thumbup:

She was not running any where near stock figures. Doubt many are!

198 at fly isn't bad at all. Healthy engine superchip generic map probably wud have got more with custom

What power did you get before the work?

No point of a custom remap at the mo with potential upcoming mods.
As we all no there is very little to gain in respect to Bhp with these mods.
The high point for me is the way the power is now delivered no flat spot and a clean torque curve.

So much better to boot.

Yep instant throttle response is so satisfying non of that turbo lag sh!t

Is a remap traceable if I was to have any warranty work done? I'm thinking of doing something similar to mine

K-Tec cat back exhaust and I am from north london. Just getting into this forum business. :confused1:

Very hard to trace they often reflash ecu when updating at dealers so if u go down that route don't service at dealers

Hello, glad you are happy with the work done. Also just a note the remap isnt a superchips map, whilst we do offer superchips maps we also do our own maps on cars, 99% of the time it will be one of our maps.

The remaps we do dont interfear with the renault diagnostic equipment.

How much for the inlets to be matched plus a remap? All I want from mine is a little more torque low down in the revs...

Had my car on the rollers at JS before and it came out at 190bhp standard

low down torque is hard to get mradam, can i suggest this:

cam timing correction, polishing and porting inlets and remap

this can release up to 20 hp if done correctly
