200T hazard flashing when unlocked?!?

Evening all

I left the gym earlier today and opened the boot of my car to put my bags in. I of course used the keyless entry, however when I opened my boot I heard a high pitch beeping noise (like the alarm) then my hazards started flashing!

Do you think someone tried breaking into my car or is it just a glitch in the cars computer?

Guess your alarm had gone off and you deactivated it when you unlocked it. Did anything move in the car while it was locked? The alarm is super sensitive.. can't even leave the window open if there's a slight breeze...

Not sure if it's the same system but on a 197/200 it beeps if you open the door too quick

The T doesn't do that, found that so annoying on my old 200, especially in the middle of the night lol.

Thanks for the replies! It might just be the wind or rain setting off the alarm, however the hazard lights switching on is a bit odd!
