200 purchase for xmas?

Hi.
thinking about treating myself to a 200.

i will be buying it privately, so my main concern is the gearbox and steering rack.

Ill buy one without these problems( hopefully ) ha

But are they really that bad? i give my cars mechanical sympathy.

im looking at 200s around 30k mark.

Ps how easy/hard are they to change?

Luck of the draw really.

You could buy one then 6 months later it'll go. There's no way of knowing. Best you can do is buy a car that's been we'll looked after.
