200 - Clutch peddle noise

Chaps I noticed when I moved my car at lunch that when moving off (releasing & pressing the peddle) it sounds like what can only be desribed as a Pigeon is under the peddle haha.

Any ideas what this might be? Possibly the cylinder needs greasing?

Looking on the net it looks to be that many have had this noise after having a fluid change..

this can now be changed under warranty for a new design to remove said pigeon.
