197 Tyres

Need some new front tyres on my 197 Cup. Can someone suggest an alternative to the Continental Conti Sport 3's as having difficulty sourcing the Contis? Does anyone know if Bridgeston's are any good?

Iv recently put Hankook V12's on mine which were MUCH cheaper than the original conti's and I have to say im really pleased with them, the grip in both dry and wet is great, the only possible issue is the sidewalls seem to be a little softer, but I kinda welcomed that on my cup packed car as is softens out the crappy road surface I live on lol!

u see i used to find i was changing contis every 6 months on the front and 12 months on the rear.

swapped to michelins and 6 months on the front has barely touched em.

i thought there was a differance when we went to wales
it felt like they were a bit bouncy compaird to the conti
may be just me

Pilot Sport 2's i run 18's though dude.

i found dunlop sportmaxx are good too.

I,m having 2 new v12,s fitted on front tomorrow 76 quid each bit cheaper than contis at 105.Will report what I think.
