k-tec's is a pipecross with ktec sprayed on iirc...itg is great imo had it on my RB197
would buy another one for the stealth but have 'other' plans for her

So easy to use never have to replace and the ONE everyone recommended to me off here all them years ago and it's still in there now 5 yrs on and is still in great nick

I just bought a K+N one off Ebay, I think demontweeks. It was a good price compared to the ITG And K-tec ones I seen and Iv'e never heard anything bad about K+N.

I had ITG on my 197 and it was made extremely well. I've got a K&N on my MPS and that does seem well made too. But I think the ITG just seems better for filtration. There's not a lot in it though I'd imagine, but apparently ITG test everything rather than just making parts to fit and assuming they work.
