The cam belt was done @ 83k back in 2017 & it’s on 109909 now. It’s does have service history with stamps in the log book to back it all up. A service would be due yes, I’ve got Valvoline ready to go along with oil filer, sump plug. Spark plugs were changed within the last service & I’ve only...

I think as annoying as it was at the time, I’ve been able to get into the car & now lock it using my spare key fob, I’d changed the key fob battery first before attempting to unlock and get in. I thought then I’d try the spare key fob with a new battery and was able to get in using that, but...

I managed to get in & get it started! It looks like 1 of the key fobs was the problem, after changing batteries around it looks like I only have 1 working key fob. Any ideas on how I can fix the faulty key fob?

Will attempt it with the key first & see what goes off

What would your root of action to take be, fit a new motor to the headlamp?

It’s the standard lights that are fitted, I’ve only noticed it tonight, but I recently had the headlamp height adjusted. Not sure if this has now caused issues with the adjuster motor?

Good evening all, Ive noticed a noise coming from the headlamp but only when I put the main lights on which seems a bit odd to me, is there anything I can attempt to adjust as it sounds like an electrical whining. fingers crossed in support, thank you :)

Sorry over the delay to this thread, I don’t suppose you have taken any recording of the sound it produces? Also is it excessively loud?

I managed to upgrade the rear discs & pads & it seems to have cleared the ABS error message The ABS ring on the drivers side was totally worn so I’m not surprised it caused an issue. These are the new discs
