Noise coming from the headlamp when the lights on

Good evening all,

Ive noticed a noise coming from the headlamp but only when I put the main lights on which seems a bit odd to me, is there anything I can attempt to adjust as it sounds like an electrical whining.

Do you have LED bulbs? As some have fans on them to cool them, so they make a noise.
 
It’s the standard lights that are fitted, I’ve only noticed it tonight, but I recently had the headlamp height adjusted. Not sure if this has now caused issues with the adjuster motor?

What would your root of action to take be, fit a new motor to the headlamp?
