Recently noticed a strange noise on idel. Only there when engine is up to temp. Stops when I touch the accelerator but comes back straight away when back on idel. Any thoughts would be great guys.

Just got my car back from K-TEC for a set of springs. They mentioned that I could do with replacing a mount. Just wondering if anyone in that area had them fitted, if I could possibly have a listen to them. The vibration issue may be of concern. Read mixed reviews on these regarding vibration etc.
