You are right about the cup car parts, ones shorter (anti roll bar) and the other is longer.

When I made mine I used a laguna towing eye (around 2003 model) and cut the end off leaving around 65mm poking out of the crash bar. Then after cutting a slot in it I welded a tow strap to it.

Ask them if they know anyone at a body shop. we have bumpers in all the time and they are either in a good strong box or some good strong bubble type of bags, they might be able to get them from a body shop to make it safer to send.

KTech have made a plug and play ecu for the previous generation cup car (X65) so people can use them for other sports, might be worth getting in touch to see if they are planning on doing the same for the X85

The 185 or 195 part sounds like a tyre size, on the front wings of normal clios they are marked '185' or '195' for the width of front tyre, these have to match up with the same front bumpers. our cars (197/200) have 215 embossed on the front wings (behind the triangular mirror trim). Is it...

Do you have wind deflectors fitted? These seem to let water down the front edge near the mirror, I've had a damp speaker before after jet washing and I don't have a sunroof.

I know that a lot of the clio's used in VLN racing at the ring tend to take off the cup spoiler so the less drag effect must be more important to them than the (if any) extra grip levels offered by the cup spoiler.

You might be able to adjust it slightly without the bumper removal but three of the four bolts holding the light are a lot easier to get to with the bumper off. One of the bumper bolts joins the wheel arch guard to the bumper, with this out you might be able to loosen the two bolts under there...

Sorry, I don't know the part numbers but I do believe they changed the part numbers (and replaced all the possibly faulty ones) so if they have the part numbers as per the latest parts list I'd say they were the current ones.
