i've just had mine changed to Redline MTL 75W80 GL-4 only yesterday. First impressions are quicker, smoother shifting and a little bit less whiney noise from the box. Have yet to try from complete cold start.

i bought my clio with exhaust tips already on it. see my pics. they dont look too bad. can't really tell they are clip-ons unless you look real close. they are embossed with an RS logo which stands for ripspeed?... but i just tell everyone it means renaultsport :P I think these are the ones...

car is booked in for 36k service and cam belt change with renaultsport independant in a few weeks time. i mentioned water pump when asking for quote but the guy said i shouldnt worry about getting it changed as they are quite solid units. as time went on i notice more and more ebay listings...

had remap removed at weekend as i felt it wasn't really doing much. Afterwards I stuck a tank of normal BP petrol in along with a shot of Miller's Petrol Power Ecomax (used to use the diesel version in my old Fiesta; worked brilliantly...) and instantly it's driving much better than ever before...

cheers, had it cleaned today. kinda pointless as it's now filthy after one trip to Folkestone and back! I did try and wave back whilst pulling out but brain wouldn't allow it..
