I'm considering boosting the 197 engine. Change the rods and pistons for lower compression and strength. Update the valves to supertech inconel. Stand alone, used dta before, management. Tubular turbo manifold, custom inlet manifold. I like the n/a revs but want more torque.

mk5 gti handles very well. i had a 360 hp tuned mk5 dsg and it was awesome.

it's mapped then. -4 deg this morning and its sweet.

at least with fwd it'll spin the excess torque away!

It's got some K Tec bits like the air filter and the manifold. When I first drove it it felt weak at the top end so I guessed it needed mapping. Used up that fuel and put some super in it. It's now a new car!
