Ah fair enough. Can understand he heatsoak issue to be fair but just couldn't see it impacting that much on mine! I've still got the k&n so maybe ill refit and run then run with the maxogen?

No I definitely agree the maxogen is better. It's just I think the k&n isn't as bad as everyone states! Mine ran 3 runs all 190ish with 95 octane no fan, bonnet shut and k&n. I could just have a strong puller? I will post up the dyno results when I run with the maxogen although it will be on two...

It was a hot day with the bonnet shut? No fan or anything.

I have a maxogen with standard battery still in place, be warned its a bit of a nightmare to fit though!

I ran 190bhp at FCS with my k&n on, don't think it's as bad as everyone makes out! I have a Maxogen on now but not RR'd it after fitment

Love leons, have a real soft spot for them especially the K1's but I also have a phobia of buying a 5 door and being perceived as a G'dad! Ha.

Put it this way mate I have a scorpion non res on which is very loud at full chat and can easily hear the induction noise, really is excellent. And yeah mark I ended up taking a Stanley to it haha!

Well worth the messing by the way, under full loud it sounds absolutely spectacular

With a lot of twisting, turning pushing and swearing hahahaha! I had to trim the hose in the end but fits nicely now, will grab some pics for you mate.

That's a nightmare to fit! Had to bend like a braided hose upwards out the way and its sort of resting on the fuel line a bit? Only managed to get two out of three screws in too haha!

Hi guys, About to fit my ITG in about an hours time, any tips on how to do this? would you recommend running a cold air feed pipe directly onto the unit from the front grill or leaving it to just suck air straight into the box? Looking forward to the noise, I have a non-res scorpion though so...

Can't comment on Renault reliability. I had a corsa arctic VXR before the 200, only had it for a month when the headgasket went, so took it back and demanded money back (luckily got it). Had the 200 for about 8 months now with only the aux belt needing changing, it has only done 26k though...

I like it personally, surprised they didn't fancy doing the Renaultsport in 5 door only though

Lovely motor wouldn't mind one of these at some point.

For me it's always the middle aged guy in a diesel mondeo estate trying to relive the youth haha, no point whatsoever! Although I am the first to admit that if prompted by a 17 year old in a saxo I'll put a dint in my mpg :)
