    Glacier White 200 Cup

i've had to go back 5 pages and catch up - you boys have been making some serious progress! new Yaris GR, you now have TWO clios and have almost completed a full parts swap, and there's a subtle clio 182 (trophy?!) being used as a tip run car in the pictures above? Would love to see the Yaris...

bit of a pause in progress over winter - very busy with work and some impending life changes.. fortunately all good and given how cold it is it seems an ideal time to get ready for this year. Would like to get as many days done this year as possible! Shout if any forum days start to form :smile...

which sunstrip did you get? i'm thinking i need this given how low my seats now are, but was worried about the wipers ruining it on the outside. wonder if any work well on the inside? that said, my wipers don't seem that reliable atm and need recalibrating i think, lol.

    ProTrack One alloys

Any idea if that’l fill the arches fully? Cant actually remember what the cup wheels are but wanted something that was both track focussed and didn’t need 20mm spacers.

    ProTrack One alloys

Did anyone ever try these, or know which offset to use? Theyre widely used in the bmw track world so i’m sure theyre good, just not sure if they have clio sizes and what they’d be

Trackday @ Croft 23/9/22 Arrived about on time after a two hour final stint from Newark; greeted by a row of garages full of clios.. to which more clios arrived later. I think 11 in total on the day, 8 of which from the forum and one token 182. Vibrations/road/exhaust/induction noise levels...

Pole Position Seat Mount / Sliders / Harnesses

Yeah i’m drilling my own hole in the side mount to retain the oem seat belt buckle. Also a small hole next to it to retain the buckle guide lip thing that holds it straight.

Pole Position Seat Mount / Sliders / Harnesses

In the end went for the Pure Motorsport seat side mounts (supreme out of stock atm) for the driver side - need to do a final fit tonight but they work a dream in test fit, so much lower than the Recaro ones. With hindsight - if you're looking for direct fit bucket seat to car floor mounts...

Cage now test fitted and drilled, gotta add the PU40 seal and give it a coat of underseal. Looks proper now! bought a sabelt 4 point and some FIA stress plates for the central tunnel eye bolts, hoping i can get those fitted with just a jack to access the tunnel from underneath! If it all works...

Pole Position Seat Mount / Sliders / Harnesses

yeah it seems a bit random as to what sizes/threads are used around the car. i've used minimum A2 but mostly 10.9 grade M8 or M10 for all seat fittings (and M10 for cage), but re-used OEM bolts for rail->floor (and cage isofix->floor) which i think are also 7/16th UNF. seems fiddly to find...

Pole Position Seat Mount / Sliders / Harnesses

yeah that's a good idea - i'll have to see if there's somewhere on the side mount that would fit a stress plate, and get hold of some 7/16 UNF thread M10 bolts as that seems to be the standard for the FIA eye bolts. For anyone else reading that means your standard metric threaded M10 will not...
