Another small update and also request for some colour opinions. With all the Sub frames and suspension removed and ready for powder coating I am stuck between having it done in anthracite, nice and simple and clean, or whether to go ballsy and go for something like red. Unsure which to go for...

Gutted to see the damage to the wheels mate. If it was you i'd be doing some measuring and getting some laser cut steel spacers made to 1/2/3mm that will stop your issues with the wheels without having to run big spacers. Just enough to clear the wheel of the outer edge of the lip on the hub.

No issues. Many people running coilover rears without any issues. They've got strong strut tops as standard. Just about to start welding plates and a strut brace into my BMW e46 for this reason.

Yeah it's fixed to the passenger side chassis leg under the gearbox mount just before the clutch line turns into a flexi.

Just a damper in the clutch line. I had mine removed and replaced with a braided line from the bulkhead around to the slave cylinder.

I've had a few gearboxes that have all been like that without issues. I wouldn't worry about it personally. But Mark will give you a good answer when he pops online.

The whole damper and spring assembly needs tone removed. From experience I'd recommend removing the whole hub assembly by splitting the forward facing ball joint on the wishbone from the hub. Can swap the mount over and then put it all back together easier that way.

I was the guy who originally supplied those mounts to him. To fit adjustable mounts to the 200's (later), we provide these as a kit with the top mounts and template for drilling the strut top with a hole saw to give you enough room to access the adjustment on the top of the mounts. Any questions...
