Looking good, the Evol Engine mount is really good for the money, I used to run the same one on mine. Much better than the standard mount with an insert in! The wheels are a lovely treat though and will looks the dogs.

You must be nearly there with all the problems with this car now? Lucky to be able to fix it and get back out on track though!

Glad to hear you're finding that set up with the slightly softer springs a good compromise for road and track enabling you to use the damping to set it perfect for both. Looking forward to snetterton now?

Good job done that, messy and fiddly at times but nothing beats nice and fresh calipers.

Yeah no chance of getting them out with that technique. I had to use abit 2m of leverage with the correct tool to remove.

Haha trust me the Clio is a doddle to work on compared to this. Everything is more complicated, bigger and has more wires. Basically more of everything. Glad to see you say that Micah. Will keep the updates going then but try to keep them interesting for everyone out there reading them...

Good work. At least it wasn't too bad if a fix and you're ready to go again. Taking gearbox's in and out of these is a regular thing that I learnt with them.

Another small update and also request for some colour opinions. With all the Sub frames and suspension removed and ready for powder coating I am stuck between having it done in anthracite, nice and simple and clean, or whether to go ballsy and go for something like red. Unsure which to go for...
