    That picture is a more normal Clio and there are different UPC types check the part numbers on the two. The guy above had the relays put in the wrong places and damaged the UPC the UPC is vin numbered to the car not sure if it has an effect

    I know you checked voltage on the can bus which should be 2.4V and the other 2.5V you were getting higher than that so it is how the modules in the car are talking to each other and more likely the wiring. You also need to check the resistance the can bus system has two 120 Ohm resistors in it...

    Get another piece of heat shield material cut out a bit and double it up if you have to so it acts like a large washer between the heat shield nut and the heat shield larger than the hole as the tape alone would me more expensive than this fix. I know your pulling your car apart at the moment...

    I go along with that it should be the same as the rest of the vertical bolts external torx get a good set of sockets not cheap ones or you will damage the bolt heads and it's very easy to use a socket one size too large.
