    Rear coilover fouling wheel arch!?

Some are built different. It's a known issue, and not something which people should think in to too much. Me and my pals ordered 5 sets of Gaz's and fitted them all in the space of a few weeks. 3 cars needed additional clearance, 2 didn't.

Electrical non-starting issue - few weird things

The internet will tell you that they are, but I replaced mine with a matched part number one on eBay and it was fine.

That's not much help considering he's done the job now :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

    Exhaust Choices

It's no wonder the diffuser started melting, as that's a 197 system. The tips are not meant to stick out so far. Any 197 system will fit a 200 diffuser (correctly) if you trim the tips down.

Early non cup 200 suspension advice

You can fit the new top mounts to the shocks no problem, but then the springs wouldn’t fit. Springs are a different size between early and late cars.

Well they’re 50x100mm if you wanted to buy your own

    Pulley

I’m not too sure what you’re asking. You can replace the pulley just with the lower timing pin in place. I’ve only ever done it with a genuine kit tho. Alternatively, if you haven’t got a pin, you can do it by putting the car in gear and holding the brakes.

I had a Bosch one from euros on mine. Was still pricey though

    Emissions FAIL clarifications

The sensor needs replacing for definite. That will be effecting how the car runs quite considerably, and it's probably a contributing factor as to why the cat appears to be dead. My car would never pass with just the one cat, but, for the cost, i would just get a used main cat added to your...

Ok I get you now. The motorfactors will be wrong I’m certain. 280mm ones are for the mk2. I’ve fitted these previously https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/315845631524?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=yi1ojZncSxy&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=p44OyA96TZG&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY along...

    Clubsport 250 Cup

They're completely different. The Megane is a way better road and clubsport type car, whereas the Clios just feel at home on track. There's no doubt that the Megane is a way more capable car on tracks like the Nurburgring, but over here the Clio is the car to have. The seats fit fine, but are...

    Which One ?

You’ll be in for a shock on longevity with the RS5’s. I guess we’ll discuss when the time comes around Your statement about wear is contradictory to what I’ve found having ran all four of the stated tyres, and what’s widely discussed amongst the tyre reviewers online.

    Which One ?

Having ran all four of what you’ve listed, stick with the Michelins. The only thing Rainsports do better than the Pilot Sports, is driving in the snow. The Pilot Sports (whether that be a 4 or 5) are just a better tyre.
