I agree! I should have said Scotland I know and love. I got the best of both worlds as it was dry when I was chucking the car around a bit and I got to see it like this when I was driving home through it again.

Spent the bank holiday at Fort William(Scotland). Weather was stunning during my stay but the Scotland I know arrived on the drive back.

For future reference for anyone in a similar situation I cut mine down to 125mm excluding the overlapping flare.

If you take the car to Renault main agents with proof of ownership they can get you the right replacement locking tool by putting your registration into there computers normally.

These are the only other things you might have missed. On top of the subframe I unbolted the anti roll bar clamps and I disconnected the top bolts for the subframe mounts on each side. You should be able to see them from the wheel well going into the body of the car.

Did you unbolt the anti roll bar off the subframe as well? I had to take that off as well to free the subframe to lower it enough. I found it easier to get the manifold bolts from the top rather than underneath as well. Not the clearest image but gives you an idea. The near side wishbone is off...

Looks like a crash sensor. Part Number 8200695684 looks very similar. I don’t mess around with airbag systems but I’m pretty sure you can get kits to blank them which will put the lights out if you want the sensors off.

Can you hear it when sat in the car on the drivers side? Mine has this quiet tapping sound that changes with rpm that’s more prominent on cold starts first thing in the morning.

No worries mate haha. I just didn’t want to sound like I was stating the obvious about them being semi’s. My works tyre supplier can get uni royals so they could be a good shout. Decent tyres for the price.
