Anyone else suffer this mine was the fuel pump. £560 to get a new one and have it replaced not so fun.

Well she is on the way to be dumped on renaults forecourt. he said it doesn't look like its getting fuel so possibly fuel pumps packed in. Would this cause the throttle to go dead? the car wanted to start but just couldn't get it.

I had this. When my subframe was taken off to fit my new manifold and refitted, it cured my problem. same noise, same cue and came from the same location, didn't happen every time though.

Yeah mine vibrated against the frame too. They had it in for extra time so they could heat the manifold and bend it slightly more to stop it. Still happens occasionally but it's a massive improvement. just thought I'd give an update. Had mine fitted almost 2 weeks ago now. Went in for its MOT...

Cool thanks for clearing that up :) You can tell exhausts aren't my thing. I know enough to help me not get scammed at garages (ever again) and what I learnt from my old fiestas I have heard some people pass with a decat. I do suppose it will come down to your emissions. I can let you know next...

The one I linked is for a 197 the one you linked is for a 200 they are different. saying that they both look the same to me, just the photo is taken at different angles and the pipes merge slightly earlier on the toyosport version.

Sorry it took so long. Work :( Got a few. If you need I'll grab some daylight ones too The visor lights only come on when the mirror is revealed. When the flap is pulled completely over the mirror the visor lights are off.

Yep toyosport for me. £800 is a bit ridiculous. Normally don't have an issue getting my bits from Renault but certain parts they price up silly.
