25/01/2021 Just a little update this time. Cup spoiler painted and fitted and also fitted a matt black sunstrip. Really happy with how it looks now, just debating new wheels and a Motamec bucket seat or two.

That does sound strange, I had powerflex engine and gearbox mount bushes and never encountered that issue only not really wanting to go into 1st when cold.

Personally I feel like this produces very little noise. I did see a comment from someone else that had fitted one to their mk3 and they said there no rattles like the 182 ones but I've never even been in 172/182 to compare. Is it because the CAE still uses cables? I would have never considered...

Thanks for posting this though. Got my synchros done by Supreme Motorsport on Monday and he said everything on the car seems good except also my radiator support is rusted so I’ll be looking for one soon and I was struggling to find the right one for the 200!
