Got the misfire sorted. I could see on CLiP that it was trying to richen itself by 50% which sort of double downed on my theory of the injectors being clogged. Took the fuel rail and injectors off and emptied the petrol out of the rail over my hand and could see little bits of dirt coming out...

I did have to enter an activation code to get clip, gonna have to look into that again Do you know if those guys had visual problems, like watching the throttle blade when pressing the pedal to see if there are any issues.
