Whilst these sound like a good option and plenty of people have been happy with it, I'm pretty sure the guy who runs it (Henk, I believe) is an utter cockwomble.

Nah in seriousness, it will be loud but if you're only doing short journeys it shouldn't be killer. It'd do my head in personally though lol.

Someone mentioned the other day that you can put power through the side indicators or number plate lights to give enough power to unlock the car if your battery dies.
Never tried it myself though.
Did you get the projectors new, if so do you mind me asking from where and how much? Improves the front end by miles, keeping eyeing sets up but want Valeo ones ideally.
You'll probably be alright, but yeah it's going to drone fairly badly. I think you'll be lucky to pass noise tests too if you decide to go on a track day!
