Computer connection port

Where about is this connection port in the 197?

I sent mine in for a checkup as some lights came on and now i have a vibrating sound around my centre console area.

I have a feeling they haven't placed the cap back onto it when they were doing their business.

center console next to the slot for the hands free card - you have to remove a cover to see it

you can usually just pull the cover off by hand
