Right OK... well I have taken the front panel off the instrument cluster and looks like you can easily change over the dial sheet which may mean buying a complete used 200 instrument cluster. You would just need to take the hands off to allow the sheet to be taken off.
I will see if there is a part number for it so you can retain the same instrument cluster & correct mileage by changing just the 200 (yellow) dial sheet.

The dial sheet cannot be purchased separately, only as a whole unit so means looking out for a used 200 unit. Looks like they can be picked up for £20+.

I was thinking of the same thing, seen one lately at a Breaker, but I prefer the clean look of the 197,the yellow could get annoying on the eye if the sun catches at odd angles. IMO.
You can fit Clio 200 clocks into a 197, which gives you the colored dial and the gear change beep near the rev limiter. However, I personally found the speed harder to read with the 200 dials. Also, the silver color in the center is anthracite, not the brighter silver of the 197 dash, strips and center console. I hope that helps. You don't see the color at night just a shade difference in the background.
