Also how are people messing with them as i felt a good bit of plastic support under where the tweeter sits stopping it going down the full way, i was going to take the grill off and cut a bit of rubber/foam or sum thing along them lines to make it look more complete.

Twist, turn, wiggle, try taking it out and refit different.

oh i see, tired all that, the fact is they don't go down anymore because theres a plastic bar type thing that sits under the tweeter.

Well there the same size as the standard ones so they should fit in some how

Did you make sure you put them in the right way round? They only fit correctly one way when clipping to the grill AND clipping to the car.

I found I had to use a flat head screw driver between the OEM grill and the tweeter to push them into place.
