Is'nt it great?

Over the last couple of weeks i've been getting a pain in my right foot, like locking up.

Just happened tonight whilst sat at the computer, it like locked up, the arch of my foot went hard and my big toe was stretched away from the next one.

Standing on it eases the pain and it occourred to me it was like cramp.

So i googled 'cramp foot' and a whole load of sites came up, it's quite normal.

I'd never heard of it before and i'm quite old

I'm surprised it didn't diagnose for amputation. That does sound like classic cramp, make sure you drink lots I always used to get it in my thigh, the pain was like being stabbed!

I dont like to self diagnose on the internet, it gives me the heeby jeebies lol
