Replacing Recaro covers

Hi all has anyone actually paid Renault to replace the covers on the Recaros? If so how much did you pay them and for what.
Anyone tried to claim out side of warranty? If so what did customer service do for you?

Customer services think there isn't a problem with the seats in relation to number of cars sold. Still battling with them though lol

How far is the car out of warranty? Mileage? Have they replaced previously?

Customer Services refused to replace mine while it was still within Warranty. I was told that this was normal wear and tear. Even had a blazing row with them at FCS about their lack of customer care. Have bought a seat base and now the side bolster is worn through. Going to leave it as is and am proud too show all and sundry the quality of Renault's prestige line.

Renault ended up paying me 1000 for a retrim. Was in warranty tho
